On the nose, the aromas are fine, predominantly fruity. On the palate it has lively citrus flavours (grapefruit, lemon). The minerality is still discreet and will intensify during the next few months, however, it already reveals the first notes of salinity. A wine of gastronomy!
Good with: Seafood, shellfish, sea or freshwater fish (raw, steamed or grilled), snails, grilled poultry, fresh cheeses (sheep, goat)
