Production Note: The Pinot Noir grapes hand harvested and transported to the winery where they are are destemmed and crushed before undergoing fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Gentle punch downs are carried out by hand to extract good colour, tannins and aromatics. After pressing, the wine goes through malolactic fermentation and maturation in stainless steel tanks to retain it’s vibrant fruity character.
