Another wine adventure with Master of Wine, Richard Kelly (AKA The Liberator). 

This time, a wine made by his old GP who retired to his family wine farm and produced this David Bowie themed Cape White! An unusual blend of Chenin Blanc (45%), Sauvignon Blanc (32%), Verdelho (19%) Viognier (4%); five varieties cleverly combined to produce a stunningly well-balanced wine, full of richness, complexity and texture. 

*SARS also refers to theSouth African Revenue Service….Dr Melck needed to turn wine into cash quickly to pay the tax man… and The Liberator was happy to be of service!
