The first dry cider from Norman Hunts & Sons using an old traditional Herefordshire cider apple, the Broxwood Foxwhelp amongst others. Grown and fermented on the farm, the light, dry, flavoursome cider is a perfect summers drink.
This cider hails from a family business started in 1953, situated in the heart of the Normandy Contentin peninsula. The ciders are made in a traditional way using 100% juice from orchards in the Contentin and they are not pasteurised. This results in a cider which has a lovely dry aroma and is gently fruity. The palate is crisp with pleasant carbonation and a gentle dry sourish fruity bite. Lovely and sweet though with a little wood ageing. Utterly delicious and so refreshing at 4.5%.
