Avalon Cabernet Sauvignon 2019

A classic winery using modern techniques to create approachable styles. This Cabernet is aged for 14 months in French and American oakbefore being bottled. With the warm climate and cool evening Avalon are able to achieve great balance between the rich fruit and the freshness from good acidity. Dark berry and red stone fruit with touches of violet and vanilla. 

This is a classic beef match. Go American with braised short ribs or a classic rib-eye steak.
