Domaine Caizergues is based just north of Montpelier and has 33 hectares of vines, making wines that are true to the area and using the same grapes that have been grown there for many years, however, this producer does its vilification in a very modern way and creates more approachable and expressive styles of wine.
A blend of Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc, a quick vilification process makes this wine feel light and floral, nice ripe and rounded fruit too. A daily winner.
