Domaine Mittnacht Gyotaku 2018

Based in Alsace Domaine Mittnacht has been producing wines since 1958, it is is a family-run estate led by the charming couple of Christophe and Yuka Mittnacht.
In 1999 the winery became a pioneer for the biodynamic wine scene, they believe that biologically complex, complete soils are essential for producing elegant and terroir driven wines. 
This wine is actually created to go with Japanese fish dishes, It is aromatic, dry and fresh to complement fish, with enough character to stand up to soy and wasabi. This is a blend of 5 grape varieties commonly used in Alsace, it is mainly Pinot Blanc and Riesling.
