Mas Cristine Cotes du Rousillon Blanc 2016

This wine is made from Macabeu, Grenache Blanc  and Grenache Gris, with a touch of Roussanne and Vermentino. 40% of the wine is fermented in oak and aged there until spring of the following year.

The mouthfeel of Grenache with the aromatics of the Rhône varietals produces a compelling and complex white with a nuance of oak.
