Adeus

A beautiful label and wine. 

This is an organic blend of Treixadura and Torrontes from Galicia in Spain. 'Adeus' means goodbye in Galician, as it does in Portuguese. It is also a famous poem by Rosalia de Castro, the Galician poet, famed for her celebration of the Galician language.

The wine is aged on lees in stainless steel tanks for two months and spends one more month in the bottle before release. 

It has an intoxicating perfume of white stone fruits and lime which follow through on the palate. A beautiful blend of the ripe and exotic character of Torrontes with the citrus lightness of Treixadura.

An ideal match for chicken, salads and it works well with Asian spice too.
