Amarone Monte Santoccio (Ferrari) 2008

The bland of Amarone is: 95% Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Molinara semi dried, and 5% of International grapes (Merlot and Cabernet).The fermentation is long and slow, from 4 to 6 weeks. The wine rest in barriques for 30 months and 6 in bottle before being released on the market.Amarone has a brilliant ruby reflections colour, the bouquet is nuanced with scents of wild berries, rich flavour, majestic and velvety.
