After maceration with skins for 15 days in large Slavonian casks, the wine spends 5 months in oak barrel and a minimum of 3 months in bottle before release. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eCertified organic, 100% Sangiovese and an instant favourite.
