The Badoz family have been making wine in Jura since 1659, passing down traditional winemaking techniques and local know-how from father to son for more than 10 generations.
'Vin Jaune', yellow wine from the region, its an barrel aged wine that has a similar flavour to sherry. Different to sherry, its not fortified. One characteristic that often in associated with Vin Jaune is a curry leaf spice that comes from the Savagnin grape.
