Birch Gin 50cl 42%
The creator Justin Birch was inspired to make his own gin after returning to the UK in the middle of the Gin boom and from there spent years working through botanicals to find what hits the spot. The gin is made with Birch tree sap which helps had a depth to the flavours of Asian spices and Mallorca citrus.
