This blend sees a trio of classic varieties where the new world meets the old - 61% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot and 14% Shiraz all sourced from the coastal region of South Africa's Western Cape. A splash of Ruby Cabernet during the winemaking process gives this wine a seductive perfume appeal.

The grape mustis macerated for around 4 days before spontaneous fermentation begins and lasts for 12 days. Matured in French oak barrels for 18 months, this wine brings aromas of vanilla and freshly picked red berries. The palate is medium bodied with bright acidity and flavours of cherry, liquorice and violets.
