This wine label was inspired by Pieter visiting Brighton and seeing the West Pier. He tweaks this hand drawn image each vintage. The name was conjured up by Cassie when she was chatting about how a trip to Brighton could get very mixed up with something a bit more psychedelic! This is a Grenache Blanc based white blend, topped up with a few secret grapes. It had a spontaneous fermentation, it was aged in old oak on its lees. It has lovely ripe, bright fruit, which isn't over ripe, it is fine, and elegant, and precise,with balanced acidity.
This wine was made and bottled exclusively for us at The Butlers Wine Cellar.

This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome.
