The southern Rhone offers a huge selection of grapes to blend from and this is no exception, however the core elements of Grenache Blanc (Bringing acidity along with apple, citrus and greener notes) goes in with a good dose of Viognier (Bringing nutmeggy, spiced aromatics and body) and a touch of Roussanne to finish (Body, texture and further aroma). Mid weight and very food friendly.
Rich nose yet with tension and minerals, savoury hints and aromas of peach pannacotta with herbal notes. The palate is rich with a creamy mouth feel, white stone fruit combines with minerals and fresh herbs. Dry finish with mineral acidity and powerful, persistent length.
