Winemaker Peter Hall looks after 6 hectares in the South Downs national park, he also tends after 40 Lambs that graze the hills and vineyards. The wines are named after friends and family of Peter, he only makes small quantities of each cuvee.
A unique blend, lees-aged, with intensity and length, this cuvée received a silver medal at the International Wine Challenge. It was praised for its “rounded toasty notes with yellow stone fruit and creamy citrus”.
Peter Named this after his friend Cornelis Hendriksen who "was a dynamic doctor, originally from the Netherlands, a traveller worldwide in the Far East and Australia; a collector of ancient artefacts and a caring medic reaching inaccessible places; a real adventurer."
