Bruno Paillard is a young, dynamic Champagne House that has quickly established a reputation for elegant wines with real style.
The House enlists a different artist each year. 2009 features a picture by Swedish artist Anna-Lisa Unkuri.
The wine spent 8 years on the lees plus an additional year after disgorgement. Rich aromas of cherries, mixed with ripe citrus notes. Spices and ripe fruit notes mixed with fresh almond and wild strawberries - a really special wine.

Words can't express the brilliance of Butlers or the thoughtfulness, expertise and compassion of their team! Whilst packing up to move internationally a friend died and I needed to organise an emergency case of something luscious to support the wake. Not only did their wonderful team organise and deliver within an incredibly tight deadline they drafted a message for me too which I approved. Wonderful!!

Henry and Team managed to locate some difficult to find American wine which they kindly offered and I gratefully accepted. They truly differentiate by being able to surprise by sourcing stock very much outside the run of the mill.

Great Wine/Spirit shop with knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff
This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Having tasted them she was spot on with her comments on each bottle. I would highly recommend anyone to use this shop.
