Cabaret Frank Lodi 2016

Cabaret Frank is made from Cabernet Franc, from one of the largest single plots of this grape int he world. It comes from Lodi, in California, this is a hot part of California and the wines can be over the top fruit bombs. Although it is a crowd pleaser, this wine shows some restraint. No oak has been used. It tends to lend itself to vegetarian or light meat dishes.
