Barbera from the Piedmonte commune of Asti. This wine is made with no added sulphites.
Intense ruby red with hues of garnet in the glass. This wine has a classic Barbera profile with cherry and raspberry fruit with depth on the palate in notes of prune and sweet spices. The palate is dry, warm, and full.
Fermented in stainless steel with malolactic fermentation and 6 months further aging in Stainless steel.
Pair with dishes of the region: Grilled meat, risotto with vegetables or tagliatelle with meat sauce.
