This wine is a blend of 91% Viura, 5 % Sauvignon Blanc and 4 % Verdejo from the organic Carravalseca vineyard, which produced just 1,580 bottles in 2015. The resulting wine is fermented in French oak barrels where it remains for 5 months on its lees which adds texture and weight to the wine. The wine has a full and intense nose of peach, pear and tropical fruits, smooth on the palate with good acidity and a long finish.
A lovely perfumed nose followed up on the palate with ripe flavours of zesty fruit and a full
long finish. Fresh, clean vibrant wine.
