VINIFICATION:The grapes used to produce this
wine come from low yielding vineyards (max.
5500 Kg/ha) and they are collected in small 350
Kg boxes.Alcoholic fermentation takes place at a
controlled temperature of 28°C in stainless steel
tanks.After this initial fermentation, malolactic
fermentation takes place.
The wine is decanted into second-year American
Oak barrels, where it remains for four months.
AROMA: Of medium-high intensity with notes
of ripe fruit and well-integrated wood.
COLOUR: Cherry red, intense pigmentation,
somewhat lighter around the edges.
FLAVOUR:Refreshing and easy to drink with
well-integrated tannins, with elegant and
Light yellow, clean and transparent. The nose offers floral aromas of jasmine, as well as herbs, lychee, and honey notes. The floral notes reappear on the palate, along with apple, apricot, and mandarin orange. Presents good volume and the flavorful, persistent finish leaves a sweet and fruity sensation on the palate.
