Coming from a single vineyard is Chassagne run by Agnes, she also has 13 hectares spread all across Burgundy. On all of those 13 hectares she farms the land organically, although she has not pursued being certified. SO2 is kept to a minimum and only indigenous yeasts are allowed to lance fermentations.
All ageing is done in oak barrels for 12 months. This is a really complex and deep style of wine.
