With a nose of plump fresh fruit and a hint of garrigue, this medium-full bodied long finishing wine is packed with fruit, good acidity and hints of chocolate, praline and wild herbs with subtle, dusty, chewy tannins running through the palate. Wonderful to drink now but will develop complexity with age. Proprietor George Perrot may rent his facilities from his more famous neighbours, La Soumade, but his wines are just as good, if not better, and much more reasonably priced.
A lovely perfumed nose followed up on the palate with ripe flavours of zesty fruit and a full
long finish. Fresh, clean vibrant wine.
