Bodega Colosia heralds from the extremely coastal town of El Puerto De Santa Maria, south west of Jerez and this is integral in the style of this light boned, fresh Fino. Cooling winds and lower temperatures allow the Flor yeast that gives Fino its character to live and work all year round, guzzling up glycerol and creating this elegant, dainty texture. Lighter in body, yet stronger often in character than a traditional Jerez fino, the perfect Aperitif.
Sparkling Portugese red, bursting with fruit and vibrancy. Delicious with cured hams, meats and quality bread.
This Valpolicella is ruby red in colour, with youthful highlights. Fragrant fruit with prominent notes of dark cherries are echoed by fresher hints of pepper and aromatic herbs, typical of Corvina and its genetic cousin Corvinone, the historic varieties of this appellation. When young, this Valpolicella is impressively lively and playful on the palate and will express greater delicacy and finesse with two or more years of ageing.
