Started in 2010, Noah is part of the new generation of winemakers in northern Piedmont. The grapes for this come from a small parcel in the Mesola region. It's a blend of Nebbiolo, Croatina and Vespolina which is aged in stainless steel for 6 months.
A wine that is ready to drink now isn't something that Piedmont is known for but this hits that spot. It still has the big rich fruit but its acidity and vibrant flavours make it approachable now.
