Here's a new addition to our range, one we think is ideal to accompany the long summer evenings.
The estate was founded in 2007 by a family of third generation vine growers on the island of Crete.
This wine is made from 100% Assyrtiko, a grape that is widely found across the islands of Greece, and is growing in reputation for its clean, mineral and textured characteristics.
This is more complex than your typical Assyrtiko, and is bursting with lemon sherbet, fresh apple, topped of with a salty twang. The acidity is crisp and fresh, with riper fruit flavours developing on the palate. It has a lovely, textural mouth feel, kept in check by the lively acidity. The finish is long and complex, with mineral notes, and a subtle saltiness that begs for sea food.
