Toh comes from Friuli in north east Italy. The grape variety used is called Friulano. It is aged in steel on it's lees for three months to give a creamy texture. Friulano can have a nutty aroma and oily texture, in a good way! Di Lenardo, the producer, makes 17 different wine sin the region including Pass the Cookies. The Toh is often matched with local Prsciutto.
