The Domaine Belleville Estate was established in Rully at the beginning of the 20th century and have 22 hectares under vine, situated from Rully to Puligny Montrachet. Domaine Belleville are an organic producer and use minimal intervention methods to produce their wines.
‘La Perche’ comes from a single vineyard on clay-limestone and the wine is aged for a year in 35% new French oak barrels.
A well balanced and classic white Burgundy, that marries fresh floral and citrus aromas with a touch of toasty oak on the nose. Creamy yet fresh on the palate with a long apple and mineral finish, it will delight with fish or chicken dishes, especially with cream or butter.

This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Having tasted them she was spot on with her comments on each bottle. I would highly recommend anyone to use this shop.
