The Syrah undergoes a short maceration and bleeding (a rosé saignée), while the Cinsault and Tempranillo are direct pressed. No malolactic fermentation takes place. After blending the wine undergoes a gentle clarification.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDelicate coral pink in colour with spicy notes, fresh strawberry and red cherry fruits on the nose.
