Their vineyards are located on the sloping hills of the Bandol region in Southern France, where the cool Mediterranean breeze and mineral-rich soil combine to create the ideal growing conditions for their grapes.
This beautiful rosé wine is made from a blend of Mourvèdre, Cinsault, and Grenache grapes, carefully handpicked and harvested at the optimal ripeness to ensure maximum flavour and aroma. On the nose, this wine exudes a beautiful bouquet of fresh raspberries, strawberries, and citrus fruits, with subtle hints of floral notes. On the palate, this rosé is crisp and refreshing, with a beautiful balance of acidity and fruit flavours that culminate in a long and satisfying finish.
Lovely apéritif with olives and tapenade or serve with shellfish, grilled chicken, spicy vegetable dishes.

This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome.
