This family-run estate has been in Nuits-Saint-Georges for four generations and has 10 hectares across the appellations of Nuits-Saint-Georges (Village and Premier Cru) and Vosne-Romanée. It produces characterful wines according to traditional methods to bring out the best of each terroir and vintage. The estate has HVE and Terra Vitis certification.
Domaine Remoriquet's Bourgogne Aligote 2020 offers a sophisticated flavour profile, with aromas of yellow apple, ripe apricot, and Mirabelle plum. On the palate, it reveals a juicy texture and mineral backbone, balanced by vibrant acidity and smoothness. Tastes of yellow apple, Mirabelle plum, quince, pineapple, and lemon blossom may be distinguished in this lingering, full-bodied white.

This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Having tasted them she was spot on with her comments on each bottle. I would highly recommend anyone to use this shop.
