Head winemaker Pascal's family have been making wine in burgundy since the early 1600's, the domaine was started in 1865.
Now he owns 6 hectares which he converted to biodynamic in 1997. Since he has taken over his style of low yields has made him one of the top producers in Volnay.
His attention to detail in the vineyard is what sets his viticulture apart. The grapes are always pristine, with everything being done by hand.
For Volnay his style is rich and dense on the palate.
