Andre Romero started this domaine in 1979, he now has 26 hectares including 2.5 on the top site in Rasteau. His yields are very low and everything is hand picked. He is an organic producer working in the Rhône but he does use some Burgundian techniques in the cellar. His blends are Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre, aged in concrete then they spend 6 months in a mixture of oak. Bright fruit and awesome spice and earthiness make this a complete wine.
