Javier Dominguez has been a driving force behind the emergence of Ribera Sacra in the world of wine. In the late 90's Javier's family bought a 140 hectare plot of land along the Bibei river of which 45 hectares is under vine, they focused of bringing indigenous grape varieties back to the forefront of production. There are much easier places to produce wines but they wouldn't have the character and connection to the land like these wines do.
A blend of Godello, Albariño and Dona Blanca. This is a round and expressive wine, Godello give the back bone and structure, Albarino is the acidy and citrus that makes this well balanced. Defiantly drinking now but would also benefit from a few years lying down.
