The Vedovato family founded the Domus Vini winery in the early 1900s in the Veneto region near Venice. For four generations they have been engaged in the production of traditional Venetian wines and in the selection of the best Italian wines.
A delicious multi vintage Chardonnay full of a fresh fruity base with green apple ripe apricot and slight tropical notes, a wine with good body and a fruit driven finish. perfect for a risotto, both for drinking with and popping in the stock.

This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Having tasted them she was spot on with her comments on each bottle. I would highly recommend anyone to use this shop.
