The Butler's Wine Show

Since 2019 we have been recording our own Butlers Podcast. It was my idea trying to do something no one else was really doing in the wine world at the time and it grew from there.

Our niece Evie does the intros and outros for us and Henry and I record them all on my iphone in one take. 

We discuss wine trends, different regions or grape varieties, wine producing countries etc plus a few random things when I get distracted.

This is a new range of wine to us which we tried recently and thought were really great value, and we also love the labels on them. 

The range are named and inspired by the 'paper dolls' of the Las Falles de Valencia festival, when puppets (often made of papier maché) are paraded around the town. 
The red is a bright and juicy blend of Garnacha, Monastrell and Shiraz. Blackberry, plums and a touch of pepper. The perfect pairing with all meats, pizza or pasta dishes.

A Touch Of Class and I don't mean the film! For such a reasonably priced wine it certainly satisfied above its pay grade. The red work with both meat and pasta by being neither 'heavily' flavoured for pasta or too light for a rich meat dish. The white is delightfully easy on the palate and compliments either fish or white meat dishes. Both quite superb. Thank you for your expert recommendation. Tom Cotcher
