pioneers in organic wines and sustainable practices.
This wine is made naturally using indigenous yeasts, natural fermentation and no sulphur. It was filtered with a 1-micron cartridge filter prior to bottling.
It's a deep colour and full of dark forest fruits, black olives and spice. Velvety texture and concentrated.
It would pair well with steak, lamb or other red meats.
