At Exton Park, Reserve Blend is their signature style. The RB range draws on a 10 year library of reserve wines that have been curated and stored at the winery since 2011. Winemaker, Corinne Seely, composes the blends from a huge variety of flavours captured from their 60 acre single vineyard each year.
Luminous gold in the glass, with a nose of toffee, brioche and mandarin followed by a stone flint backbone. In the mouth, the wine has a creamy, almond flavour with a hint of lemon zest and clean minerality, combining complexity, balance and length. A wine to be savoured.
Please note, this wine has been aged under cork for several years in our cellar, it will have a different flavour profile to the current release. They may display a deeper colour and more savoury characteristics. It is rare to find English sparkling wines with this age, they are sold as seen, as they are irreplaceable.

This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome.
