This Pétillant naturel (Pet Nat) is a half sparkling Riesling created for easy drinking. This has a little residual sugar but with the high acidity of the grapes this is well balanced to give the wine body and help enhance the fruity aromas.

This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome.
