A BRIGHT GOLDEN COLOUR WITH A DELICATE MOUSSE, THIS BLANC DE BLANCS HAS CLASSIC CHARDONNAY AROMAS OF GREEN APPLE, CITRUS AND MINERAL NOTES COMBINED WITH BUTTERED TOAST AND TARTE TATIN RICHNESS FROM EXTENDED LEES AGEING. THE PALATE IS WELL BALANCED WITH A STREAK OF ZESTY ACIDITY COMPLEMENTING A GENTLE MOUSSE THAT GIVES WAY TO A CREAMY, HAZELNUT AND BAKED APPLE.
100% Pinot Noir
The beautiful rose gold colour of our Blanc de Noirs comes from the gentle whole bunch pressing of Pinot Noir grapes (hence, “white of blacks”). Coupled with extended on-lees ageing this has created a rich, complex and full sparkling wine with mature autolytic character and hints of red fruit notes.
Sparkling Portugese red, bursting with fruit and vibrancy. Delicious with cured hams, meats and quality bread.
CHARDONNAY 70%, PINOT NOIR 30%
Wonderfully developed, nutty, leesy character on the nose with hints of caramel. The palate is rich, with buttery flavours, hints of croissant and a great texture, making for a very approachable sparkler.
Drink as an aperitif, or with smoked salmon and rabbit terrine.
