Graacher Himmelreich Kabinett Weingut Joh.Jos. Prum 2020

Weingut Joh. Jos. Prüm is a prominent German vine grower and wine producer. Located in Bernkastel-Wehlen, the winery got founded in 1911 by Johann Josef Prüm. It receives the blessings of the wine-growing area of Mosel in Germany. The region comes with superior quality slopes that support the growth and development of the grapevines.  For generations, the motto at Prüm has been: "We leave the composition of the wine to nature, because nature can do it much better than any cellar technology, no matter how modern!"

The 2020 Graacher Himmelreich Kabinett is simply a stunning young wine. Golden yellow in colour, the wine delivers introvert and complex aromas of passion fruit, lime, tangerine, lavender, crystalline slate minerality, bee pollen, citrus zest and a topnote of gentle botanicals that is very exotic coming from the Himmelreich vineyard. On the palate it is bright, delicate and medium-bodied, with laser-like focus, beautiful youthful complexity, impeccable balance and a long, grainy, dancing and filigreed finish.
