A minimal intervention wine from the Brown Brothers of Victoria. In the Swan Hill region of the Yarra Valley, Muscat of Alexandria and Black Muscat grapes are harvested in the cool of night. After 6 hours of skin contact, to extract the colour from the Black Muscat skins, the cool fermentation is arrested at 5.5% and the wine is bottled under pressure to trap the natural effervescence.
Summer berry fruits with violet, turkish delight and candyfloss. There is a natural sweetness balanced by a crisp acidity and palate cleansing fizz.
