The Big Fine Girl Riesling by Jeanneret is a pale yellow colour with flecks of green. Beautifully generous nose of apple, apricot, lychee and pear with the palate following suit with masses of beautifully fresh, vibrant and zingy fruit; notably apples, lemons and blackcurrants at their mouth-watering best. Gorgeous to drink on its own but with a weight of fruit that makes it an excellent match for food.
Jeanneret Wines was established in 1992 by the Jeanneret family who were led heart first into the regions’ vineyards. A passion for making wines purely for their own enjoyment has organically expanded into a business and the Jeanneret cellar door was opened in October 1994.

This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Having tasted them she was spot on with her comments on each bottle. I would highly recommend anyone to use this shop.
