Lavradores Vinha da Medronheiro Branco 2018

 An organic white wine made with indigenous Viosinho (70%) and 30% Gouveio (30%)grapes from the plateau of Sabrosa, which sits at 600m altitude in the Douro valley. This is a purposeful move away from the traditional field blends of this area, giving the winemakers greater scope for precision of flavour and varietal character.

Aged in 100% stainless steel this is a pure and aromatic wine with a great contrast of citrus and tropical fruits. Bright and crisp with a lovely weight and ripeness and a long clean finish. 

A quencher on a hot day, pair with grilled fish or pork charcuterie.
