Lionel Osmin & Cie Cahors Malbec 2020 is the result of careful winemaking partnership between négociant Lionel Osmin & Cie and contract growers in South-West France. Founded in 2010, the house has built a strong reputation for crafting quality wines in this region.
From the birthplace of Malbec and a classic style that is full-bodied and concentrated with ripe blackcurrant and black cherry fruits, clove, pepper spice and mediterranean herbs. Rich and vibrant on the palate, a great match with roasted venison and herbs.

Whilst packing up to move internationally a friend died and I needed to organise an emergency case of something luscious to support the wake. This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Having tasted them she was spot on with her comments on each bottle. I would highly recommend anyone to use this shop.
