The vines are cultivated at an altitude of up to 800m on volcanic soils and this situation, combined with a typical Mediterranean climate defines the style of their wines.
The Etna Bianco is fermented in steel tanks. The wine is yellow and green in hue with a fruity aroma reminiscent of Sicilian apple. Elegant and dry wine with a fragrant acidity providing length and balance.
