Join us for a fantastic tasting hosted by friend of the shop and Master of Wine Mike Best.
Mike is a WSET educator and holder of a purple belt in Jiujitsu. We have worked with him many times over the years and he always brings a fresh and interesting point of view to showcasing great wine.
We will be presenting 2 whites, 1 rose and 3 reds from the fantastic Lebanese producer Domaine des Tourelles, founded by François-Eugène Brun, who came from France, fell in love with the Bekaa Valley and set up the first winery in Lebanon in 1868. Today more than 150 years since it was established, Domaine des Tourelles is run by the next generation of the Issa & Issa el Khoury families, making it the country’s youngest winemaking team running the country’s oldest winery.
Mike will include the entry range, middle range and upper range and we know it's going to be a fun and enjoyable evening for all. Grab your tickets quick and don't miss out on this unique experience.

Sourcing Stock
Henry and Team managed to locate some difficult to find American wine which they kindly offered and I gratefully accepted. They truly differentiate by being able to surprise by sourcing stock very much outside the run of the mill.

This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Having tasted them she was spot on with her comments on each bottle. I would highly recommend anyone to use this shop.
