Armand Heitz comes from a family of burgunday based négociants.
In 2012, after completing a degree in oenology, he decided to return to the family property where he wished to bring the vine culture back to life. Passionate about agronomy and about agriculture more broadly, Armand has decided to lean towards ecological agriculture.
This is a rich wine with buttery and floral aromas. It comes from shallow soil containing chalky marl. Environmentally-friendly methods are used on the vineyard following the principles of regenerative agriculture. The grapes are harvested in small cases in order to protect their quality.
This cuvée is vinified in whole bunches in order to obtain a complex and delicate wine, using as few additives as possible.
