Moulin Touchais, Coteaux du Layon, 1971

Country: France.

Area: Anjou-Saumur, Loire Valley.

Grape: Chenin Blanc.

This sweet Chenin Blanc from the Loire is truly an exceptional find. Produced without botrytis, the wines of Moulin Touchais are thought to have the acidity necessary for them to be fresh after a hundred years in the cellar, which makes this 1971 practically a young wine!

Alcohol: 13,5%
